Each piece is hand-assembled and finished with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched from China with tracked international shipping. Orders with a post-discount subtotal of US$79 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping in checkout-eligible markets.

Returns may be requested by email within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, ON STUDIES will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs.
