Returned items should be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Yes. When we describe a crystal or stone as natural, that material is natural.

Some designs also include pearl, wood, metal, rhinestones or synthetic decorative accents. We list those separately on each product page rather than describing them as natural stones or natural crystals.
