We make reasonable efforts to display our products, materials, colors, sizes, and details accurately.
Natural crystals, stones, amber, pearl, wood, and other natural materials vary from piece to piece. Differences in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, internal veining, healed fissures, texture, and small surface irregularities may occur naturally.
These natural characteristics mean that the piece you receive may not look exactly identical to the product photographed.
Natural characteristics that are accurately described or reasonably expected from the material are not considered defects. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to conform to applicable consumer law.
Some stones may receive standard treatments commonly used in jewelry to improve color, clarity, or stability. Where relevant, this will be noted in the product details.

Products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details where reasonably necessary.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for processing, subject to payment authorization and product availability.

If payment cannot be authorized or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered preparation or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you under applicable law.
8. ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
Each piece is prepared and finished by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days before your order is shipped.
Available shipping destinations, methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout where available.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
9. DUTIES AND TAXES
Where supported, import duties and taxes are prepaid or handled by ON STUDIES.
Any taxes required at checkout will be calculated based on your delivery destination.
